William (Bill) has recently served in technical and leadership roles at Lockheed Martin, Fujitsu Network Communications where he has been heavily involved in new product development including the field testing and deployment of modern sensor and fiber optic data systems. 

Roles have included system design lead, field testing manager, and most recently the broad organizational aspects of increasing product quality and decreasing product/deployment costs though continuous process improvement.

   

Introduction of IoT development and deployment as part of the business strategic planning, creation and capture of IoT “Use Cases” to guide trade studies/decision making/ business case development, Team leader/partner in effective use of organizational assessment tools such as interviews, surveys & gap analyses to maximize the value of IoT introduction to the business.
